Discard pvs2k script, use a lisp function

- some names do not have any resolution, a trick is used to get some
  resolution in these cases
- the index disambiguates overloading in a single theory

Space printed after colon in binding printing (modified all expected
outputs)

expected files changed because a space has been removed after closing
comments (there was two spaces)

Unit tests on the translator

Create the universal closure if it does not exist already

Should fail for the moment
