feat: add csi s3 to write on garage, storageClass kity-s3

This add a s3 csi storageClass name "kity-s3", will be useful for libretranslate.

A new bucket and key kity-csi have been created (read and write only for the key cant create new bucket).

Just set the PVC storageClass name to kity-s3 to create the PVC on garage (bucket kity-s3).
