Fixes #220

* Migrate config from configmap to secret. Add support for AWS Storage Config.

* Add checksome for secret as pod annoation to ensure pod rotates if we update secret.

* Move aws_storage_configs to storage_configs. Move local storage options under a local_storage key.

* Allow specification of storage_config directly as yaml in values.yaml

* Fix syntax for _helpers.tpl

Support only deploy loki or promtail and fix helm lint issue

Made the docker root configurable. Default is '/var/lib/docker'

Use the example fluentd conf files, and show a way to use them

Adds network policy to Helm chart for promtail to reach loki

fixed one bug which was probably unrelated to the test failure and broke out the test to avoid some non-deterministic behaviors in querying the ingester

* adding a few more test cases for entry parsing docker format

* adding testify assert and require to clean up tests

* some tweaking to improve readability

Adding a configurable timeout for calls to the loki server.
Updating promtail test to set sane defaults for all configurations and then override for testing.
Removing .idea folder from .gitignore, we should encourage people (and myself) to use global ignore for IDE configs
